Many of us find back-bends challenging, both physically and mentally. This Yoga Lab workshop focuses on learning to overcome these limitations intelligently, increasing energy and cultivating awareness and feeling of joy. We will for example:
- Explore the rules of alignment in order to safely bring us deeper into back-bending
- Discover what limits us in our back-bends, whether it be shoulders, hips, breath or even fear
- Discuss the physical and psychological benefits of back-bendings
The workshop is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. There will be options to either lessen or increase the challenge.
