Weekly Guided Half Primary Series and monthly Full Primary Series classes are conducted with careful emphasis on the traditional method, where the asanas are called out and counted in Sanskrit.
These classes are excellent tools to remember and master the correct breath and movement, find the focus and get instant feedback about strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the precision of the count allows you also to begin to move into a direct experience of the flow and meditation of the practice.
The classes are for students of all levels, however, experience with at least the standing asanas is recommended. If you don’t practice the full sequence you just stop when you reach your final position.
