Intro class to Astanga yoga

Every Astanga yoga practitioner has stepped onto a mat for the very first time and we all remember what it feels like to start something new. With that in mind we aim to make your start as easy as possible.

 

Intro class is a 2 hour workshop, where you are introduced to the fundamental elements of the practice of Astanga yoga. You will learn basics of the practice at your own pace, one step at a time.

We guide you through the breath, postures and gazing points.

All the instructions are individual like in regular Mysore class, but the setting gives even better opportunity to offer personal guidance and to help build up an own routine.

Please note that new students are invited to attend all Mysore classes for a full month after the workshop.

Pre-registration for the intro class is required. Price: DKK 600 (2 hour intro class + 1 month of unlimited practice).
