Intro til Astanga yoga:

Du vil trin for trin blive guided personligt i hvordan du trækker vejret i forhold til Astanga yoga metoden, de første stillinger i serien, hvor dit blik hviler i hver stilling og hvordan vi arbejder i Mysore klasserne. Alle instruktioner og rettelser er individuelle og i dit tempo. Over tid vil du opleve at der bygges et trygt og fortroligt forhold mellem dig og underviseren, hvor du altid kan få råd, vejledning og personlig coaching om hvad der passer præcist til dig og dine udfordringer.

English:

‘Intro class’ is a 2 hour workshop, where you are introduced to the fundamental elements of the practice of Astanga yoga. You will learn basics of the practice at your own pace, one step at a time. We guide you through the breath, postures and gazing points. All the instructions are individual like in a regular Mysore class. The setting gives even better opportunity to offer personal guidance and to help build up an own routine.

 

Pre-registration for the 2 hour ‘Intro class’ is required at the latest 4 days before the class. Price: DKK 100.

Please note after attending the ‘Intro’ the new students are invited to attend any Mysore classes in the following month – special additional price DKK 450 (normal price DKK 550).
